Lovely bike! Sporty, easy to use, ideal with basket. 2 small points that I find a pity.
- a bit hard saddle (personal)
- champagne color was a long delivery time, so I took white. But otherwise very happy with it!

Actually not looking for a bike I came across a review of the ANWB by chance. Triggered by the review I looked at the website and saw that the company was located in Ede. Despite one of the owners having an appointment I was still nicely informed by him. Enthusiastic about the beautiful bike I ordered a bike that same day. Today not a minute of regret, beautifully finished bike with very nice support. As far as I'm concerned a recommendation.

It was great to experience that they are really proud of their product. This is just the new one from Moof and I have gained the confidence that this one is probably even better.

Lovely bike. I really like the support! Easy to operate via the button, but everything can also be set with the app. Apparently I had set auto off to 2 minutes, which is why the bike kept going off at traffic lights. After 3 weeks I had a squeak in my rear wheel, but that was solved with a drop of oil. Very light bike with lighting in the handlebars and seat post.

Great bike, great service. I have been cycling with great pleasure on my First Lady for almost 2 years. A beautiful/wonderfully light bike with which I receive many compliments. Sleek modern design, battery integrated in the frame and also important to me: the bike is so light that it also cycles comfortably without support. Great service; I called to ask if I could order a small part (protective tab of the battery) separately and now I have it sent to me free of charge. Thanks for the fantastic bike and fast service!

Very nice bike, rides great and is not heavy, not unimportant.. it looks beautiful!
The only thing that is not comfortable is the saddle, which I replaced.
The service is top, questions by email always get a clear answer immediately.
Delivery as stated on time frame.
